You visit pre-school nurseries in your local area and cut children's hair. Sessions run half a day — 9:30am–12:30pm or 2:00–5:00pm — delivering around 7 haircuts per session.
You charge parents directly, between £16 and £22 per cut. Parents book through the nursery parent app, QR code poster, or monthly newsletter — using the Tots Crops booking system. No cold calling. No extra marketing. No chasing payment.
